Holding flowers in left hand - two teachers and two students from my school came to watch me finish.

Holding left knee with right hand - this was prophetic as six weeks after Boston my running days were over due to a problem with a muscle attachment behind my right knee.

I ran 2:53:33 to qualify for Boston. Unfortunately, I had a challenging day in Boston and finished in 3:21+.
