Al Hearvey (Or) won the 100 in 9.4w on a cold and blustery evening.
Mac Wilkins (Or) won the discus and hammer with distances of 199-2 and 183-0, respectively.
Debbie Roth (OTC) won the 880y in 2:14.7, Ona Dobratz (OTC) was 2nd in 2:15.9, with the University of Oregon's Maryl Barker 3rd in 2:19.8.
Bob Hale (UO) won the six-mile in 27:57.6, while Oregon freshman Bob Grubbs's 28:24.2 set the Oregon freshman class record (ER-G). That is saying something when a certain senior who also excelled in the six-mile was about to run a 3:55.0 mile!
